Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund is a facility provided by the respective seller under this option. In these options, a seller has the ability to offer a replacement, exchange, and/or refund for his own listed product. It is not necessary that all products of a category have the same return policy or a seller have the same return policy for all his products. The return or replacement policy provided on the product detail page will prevail over the general return policy of the seller or

  • Possible action and Return Window

For any request for refund or replacement or exchange, the request should be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. The request can be made by calling or sending a message on WhatsApp on the number provided on the website, the number is  ( +91 7002287158 ).

  • Return Pickup and Processing

At the moment, we don’t have the facility of return pickup,(it will be launched soon, we are working on it) so if the seller has approved for replacement/exchange or refund, you will need to courier the product in the original box along with bill and tag should be intact, Once the seller received the product, and on inspection and approval, the further process will be initiated. For the approval of replacement or refund, the returned products should be complete ( with all parts and tags), correct product, unused, undamaged. Please ensure that the original packaging is undamaged.

  • Disputes

In case of any disputes between Seller and customer regarding the status of the ordered product or returned product, will verify the content of the product and order received and will try to resolve the disputes but cannot be held responsible for the disputes in any circumstances. Seller will be fully responsible for fulfilling the order in the manner it has been placed on Kevitho.

  • Refund or replacement

After the approval of returned product, either replacement will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided or a refund will be provided either by the same process which you have used for payment or by bank transfer ( for bank transfer bank details will be asked from you) within 2 working days of receiving the returned product. A refund will be initiated by after the seller approved the returned product.

General Rules for a Successful Return

  1. In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given
  2. In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue a refund for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the seller’s discretion.
  • Non Delivery of Product

In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for us and the seller to investigate. Be assured, we will investigate and make sure you either receive the order or get a full refund. As shipping is done by the third party courier company, we request you to give ou time to investigate to help you with a logical solution.


If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

The replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is received and approved for replacement. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the seller's Returns Policy?

No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the seller’s Returns Policy or Kevitho’s return policy that is 24 hours after the product has been delivered. But we will suggest you contact us in such a situation and will try to bring the issue to a logical solution, Return or refund of such order will solely depend on sellers.

Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product?

Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product.
