Return is a facility provided by respective seller under this  options. In this options a seller has the ability to offer replacement, exchange and/or refund for his own  listed product. It is not necessary that al product  of a category have same return policy or a seller have  same return policy for all his products. The return or replacement policy provided on product detail page will prevail over the  general return policy of the seller or

  • Possible action and Return Window

For any request for refund or replacement or exchange, the request should be made withing 24 hours of receiving the product.The request can be made by calling or sending  a message on whtsapp on the number provided on the website , the number is  ( +91 7002287158 )

  • Return Pickup and Processing

At the moment, we dont have the facility of return pickpu, so if  the seller have approved for replacement/exchange or refund, you will need to courier the product in original box along with bill and tag should be intact, Once the seller received the  product, and on inspection and approval, further process will be initiated. For approval of replacement  or refund, the returned products should be complete ( with all parts and tags), correct product, unused, undamaged. Please ensure that original packaging is undamaged.

  • Refund or replacement

After the approval of returned product, either replacement wil be shipped and tracking number will be provided or refund will be provided either by same process which you have used for payment or by bank transfer ( for bank transfer bank details will be asked from you) within 2 working days.
