Mekhela Chador

Mekhela Chador also called as Mekhela Chadar or Mekhela sador is Assam’s traditional dress which is basically a two piece of cloth, the lower part worn around the waist is known as Mekhela and the upper part which is draped like a saree is known as Chador.
